OBJ files in DIM?

The Urban Future 7 product has two files in DIM's Ready to Download tab:

Urban Future 7

Urban Future 7 OBJ

Many other products also have OBJ files. 

Do I need to install the OBJ that comes with a product?

I am trying to conserve disk space, so that's why I'm asking.

    No, the OBJ files are for those who don't use DS.

    Thanks! There are about two dozen OBJ files installed through DIM on my systsem. So I will hunt them down and destroy them. wink​ 

    There should free up a good amount of space.
