Anyone else having issues with posing "Bodhi HD for Genesis 8 Female"

I recently added Bodhi HD by @Lyonesshttps://www.daz3d.com/bodhi-hd-for-genesis-8-female to my gallery of beauties.

I realy like the character, but I do have issues with posing. The arms are behaving really weird, both for ready-made poses and for PowerPoser poses. The lower body poses work, the upper ones do work, except for the arms.

I have created the exact same render for both a plain genesis 8 female, and Bodhi, see attachments. As an environment, I used https://www.daz3d.com/girl-on-sofa-props-and-environment, plus pose number 2 of the intended pose set  https://www.daz3d.com/girl-on-sofa--poses ;

In both cases, the figures were lused plain without any prior modifications (apart from applying clothing). I have never seen that behaviour before. I have also tried with other Lyoness characters I own, and they behave normal.

Any ideas what can cause such issues?

    Yup, there is something wrong with arms, they don't go where they are supposed to.

    I tried zero'ing the figure and several pose packages from NewGuy, Zeddicus and more, and they all seem to behave the same concerning the arms.

    I'll look into it.

    Thats one of the things why your characters are an insta-buy for me, although I own a gazillion of female chaarcters already. Not only are they really beautiful heart, but also have a great variety of options. And your customer care is outstanding. Please keep on laugh

    Thank you.  I really appreciate the kind words.
    and thank you so much to whomever turned in a ticket on this matter. That is SO helpful.

    Update submitted.

  • Just an innocent bystander here, but I gotta say, I am impressed by the PA's quick response.  I know that they all can't live at the forums, but I'd like to think they'd check in with their core audience from time to time to see how their products are doing/percieved.

    We all know that sometimes things go wrong, so we don't expect perfection...

    But a little communicaton goes a long way, and to know you are in our corner really makes a difference...

    Kudos!

  • The update is out already. That was lightning fast. And, it DOES fix the issue. @Lyoness, that is really outsanding customer service. I HAD to move you from my whitelist. You are now on my platinum list laugh
