I'm trying to buy items in the store but it's impossible to further than the main page. Buy button doesn't work, view items on their presentation page doesn't work either.

What browser are you using? Are you running script/pop-up blockers? If so have you tried allowing www.daz3d.com?
I have had the same issue. I cannot add to cart or view the item. Some items I can view but many not - the ones that I cannot view/add to cart show that there is an "insecure connection" with an exclamation point. I meant to take a picture of the insecure connection, but here is one that pulls up ok and it shows "secure". The other thing is that the page shows blank when you click the item. I was using Firefox and then changed to Brave browser and it behaved the same in both browsers.
It seems to be working now, but I thought I would upload the issue anyway and maybe this helps y'all troubleshoot whatever could be the problem, in case it happens again.
