    Looks like a kitbash.

    The top would be lilflame's See Me Suit (at Rendo) plus the Action texture set, but recolored.

    I believe the skirt is from the dForce Cherry Blossom set... but creatively made to look like some kind of plastic, and not run through the dForce sim. (Also recolorized.)

    A creative ensemble by the promo artist.

    EDIT:

    Boots are Sci-Fi Pilot, recolored to match the other parts.

    Thanks Blurst of times. Ironically, I have every piece that you have so kindly identified. Hats off to DemonicaEvilius and Jessaii for such a wonderful modification. It exceeds by skills at using gimp and anyway, it is not a product for sale. Thanks for everyone's time

    You will find that quite often as PAs try to make their promos unique. It's amazing how you can transform some outfits with one of the many shader packs in the store.

    Autofit & retexture are the bane of outfit ID. Thoug I admit, there are a lot of outfits that I never considered until I saw them retextured.
