Alpha X Fighter Ladder?

I picked this up today: https://www.daz3d.com/alpha-x-fighter-jet

There are parameters for the ladder. Materials for it. The cutout opacity is set correctly. But I can't actually see it.

Any thoughts on how to bring this into the image?

    The visibility of the ladder is switched off in the Scene pane by default. Expand the Alpha X Fighterjet in the scene pane. You'll find the ladder under the Mainbody entry. Click on the eye icon to switch on visibility. I think it is done this way because the ladder is not part of the plane, but rather a ground accessory.
