Why freebie item happen and gone before I can click?

Practically on Wednesday there is a freebie item and some low-price ones. But lately I just see it blink for one second and gone (whether I use Google Chrome or Safari on Mac). Who know what is this and how to do anything with it? If I come back later (two or three hours) they may appear normally. But why do they have to be hidden in the early hours? Is that a marketting strategy?

Do you happen to already own it?
It happens to new free item on Wednesday so I haven't owned it for sure.
It's kinda hard then to really say specifically what's causing it.. what page are you looking at? the sales page? or the PC page? Does it do it on both?
