How to contact a vendor if a 3d model is faulty?

Hello, I have a 3D model which has a few broken aspects to it. Basically, it has turrets which are designed to be orientated to a target and if you use the "point to" the results vary wildly for different turrets.

It raises the question if there is an issue with the products we buy, how do we contact a vendor to make them aware?

    DAZ is handeling all the quality / bug issues of a product. The only reliable way is to file a ticket with DAZ. They will pass it on to the PA. SOME PA's do a better-than-average customer support and monitor the forum (Riversoft Art, Mousso, Lyoness, Rarestone, just to name a few) . So you might be successful if you put your issues in the forum. But that is an inofficial support channel.
