UDIM tile attachment issues - Keyshot

Hi everyone!

I am rendering my Daz Studio projects in Keyshot 10 and I am having a issues with the textures. I am using Tiled UV function as it removes a problem with different materials in Keyshot (ugly seams). And it works perfect for the whole base body, but for example anatomical elements or clothing does not seem to have a proper UDIM tile ID, so my pants will have the face texuture as reference.


Is there a way to edit the UDIM tiles, how can I do this the easiest way?

  • UDIMs just add an integer value to the {0,1] range of standard UVs - so the second tile will be [1,2], the thirds will be [2,3] and so on. Assuming the mapping uses more than one tile all you would need to do is select the surface group(s) for tile two and translate them one unit along the U axis, select the groups for the third tile and translate them two units along the U axis and so on - justa bout any tool with UV editing should be able to handle that.
