Gift Cards say they are expired or invalid

I have several gift cards that I know I have not used and they are all not working at the moment.  I submitted a case to the help desk but I got something back from them that says it could take up to 4-6 weeks for them to respond.  That seems like a long time to wait to get my gift cards to work.  They were all purchased after the new site upgrade (after Dec 1st).  Any advice on what is wrong with them or how to get a faster response?  Thanks in advance...

    How are you using them?  Normally I just convert them to Store Credit and use that credit to pay.

    Did you put in a ticket to Sales Support or Technical Support? I believe the delayed response is only for technical Support, Sales support should geenrally be quicker (for tickets like this, which belong with them). Unredeemed Gift Crads expire, I believe after two years but wouldn't swear to that.
