Postgre SQL Temporary File Removed (In Log) And Won't Install

My product downloads in DIM started failing yesterday, then when I shut down the studio and came back online today, I'm getting that STUPID Postgre SQL error (not installed.)  I can't install it via DIM. Here's the error log:

    PostgreSQL was installed and showed an update? I don't have it showing now, and the installed version has been there since I redid the system several months back. Try right-clicking on its entry in the Ready To Download tab and selecting the Delete Partial Package(s) option. You might also try the version from the Public Build if the general release one keeps failing.

    Deleted the partial and download still failing.  That's the Win 64. The Public Build + Beta fails too. Nothing will install. I HAVE to get DIM installations working and nothing will install, all fail.

    I was able to download and install the Ultra Scenery Accelerator update earlier, but there did seem to be issues with the Product Library (which are being worked on); it's possible this is related.

    I downloaded and installed that too but it keeps appearing in the Ready To Download pane :)

     Did you try uninstalling PostgreSQL and then try reinstalling it?
