When I use GoZ it only load her "tear". Anyone got GoZ to work with V8.1?

Yep. It looks like GoZ is broken for V8.1 with attachments. After clearing caches and deleting both tear and eyelashs, I can get the body to work with GoZ. I can put the eyelashes and tear back from the Genesis 8 -> Anatomy folder. So partial success at using GoZ.

That's a really odd issue. I haven't had any problems at all with this. I know that if you send something to Zbrush from DS, then close Zbrush and send something else, it still has the original thing you sent over from DS and then the new things just load in and it looks like they're on their own? Not to be a stereotype, but have you tried turning it off and on again? I'm wondering if there's some memory or caching issue? Do you have the most recent Zbrush, DS and GoZ versions?
Just downloaded the newest version of Daz and GoZ today (4.15). Zbrush version is 2021.5.1. V8 works fine with GoZ, but not V8.1.
As Kerwin says, if I delete both tear and lashes, I can load V8.1. But if I put clothes on her, Zbrush comes up with a lot of errors. And that goes for V8 and V3 too. So there seems to be a problem with attachments in some way with GoZ.
Strange, I simply deleted her eyelashes and tear and it Goz'd up fine with both the import and export!
The key is setting her resolution to high at level 0 this is in fact comparable to G8's base resolution, G8/1 has a denser mesh enabled by default so the base rez is pretty low and cannot be raised no matter what number you set it to! Also note for the 8Gb VRAM folks, you will see an increase in VRAM usage because of this, just set her rez back down to 1 and you'll do fine!
