If that's all one piece of mesh:
Find the textures in the texture folder, keep safe the originals perhaps by putting them into a zip folder.
Open up the texture image(s) in an image editor and clone some texture colours over the buffer zone. In 3D one does not "stay inside the lines" ... we need to apply texture at least 3 or 4 pixels outside of the lines.
Thank you Catherine for help. I tried it and didn't work. When I don't use smoothing is everything fine exepct it is sticking to the girl cleavage. Doesnt look nice. When I use smoothing shape is fine but this is happening :( I give up and used different clothes and they are ok. Just this one probably doesn't like women's bith big breast :)
There are tools for fixing things like these:
Sy Clothing Breast Helper Genesis 8 Female - https://www.daz3d.com/catalog/product/view/id/047021
Mesh Grabber (Win) - https://www.daz3d.com/catalog/product/view/id/065751
I'm not seeing any problems with this outfit on G8F base as well as a random G8F character though, even with enlarged breasts. But many things are playing together so it can be unpredictable sometimes. The cleavage thing may have to do with what morphs you are using for example, as you can see here:
Three things you could try:
1. Lower the number of smoothing iterations
2. Lower the smoothing weight from the default 0.5 to about 0.4
3. Change the smoothing type from generic to base shape matching or vice versa
Edit: To see the weight you need to rightclick the parameters pane and enable "show hidden properties".
