Problems with Kherington HD Makeup

vonHobovonHobo Posts: 1,706

I just purchased this figure and I am having issues:

See attached images.

The makeup options put a white shell over the face. It's like they are obscured by a milky layer.

I have been unable to figure out a solution, and this is the only figure I own out of hundreds that do this sort of thing.

I was excited about this figure and I bought it just because of the makeup options, so this is beyond disappointing to me.

If anyone knows what I am doing wrong, please lay it on me.

you, nothing, is the parameter below diffuse.

Do I need to watch the video link to know which parameter you are referring to?

Also, why would it not work straight out of the gate? I have had issues applying makeups from one figure to another, but I have never had an issue like this, where the supplied makeups for a figure don't work properly on the figure that they belong to. Strange.

Change Diffuse Overlay Weight to ZERO.

Wow! It worked. Thanks so much!

It's an extra step for this model. Not sure why. But I'm glad it works or I would be returning it.
