G8 MERCHANT RESOURCES and G8.1...?

If we have purchased Merchant Resource products for use with Genesis 8 figures, do the Merchant Resource conditions (eg: 'only for use with G8') cover us for Genesis 8.1? Are we still allowed to use them?

Will these morphs, skin builders etc. even work with 8.1?
