Yep!
Just saw the general manager at work with a breakfast menu sign. Oh no that might mean I have to come to work earlier. Wait that might mean longer days which means bigger pay check
Hump Day, kiss a camel! :P
Fever broke last night, I feel "ok" today but staying home one more day to make sure I'm well. Going to risk walking the block over to the Mexican place and having huevos rancheros as a late breakfast/early lunch kind of thing, then back home to settle in with coffee, Photoshop, and maybe even compose a new tune!
Back to work tomorrow.. :shut:
Naked Mole Rats! :ahhh:
tee hee, just pictured naked mole rats unaked dressed as santa helpers
tea break! tea brake?
hmm cold rice, raw kale, raw brocolli, roasted beets, red cabbage, ... not that bad in combination, surprisingly.
I hate the cold as well as my back. Is cold and snowing/raining today
If I had a Santa suit, I'd get the mole rat for Genesis in Fastgrab, just because.... :snake:

Within inches of giving up on Reality 4. Just loaded a scene with one G2F, Fair Corsair outfit, Filipia hair, and the Japanese Corridor.
35 errors on load.. can't find most of the hair textures. :ahhh:
Gonna let it render for about 20 minutes, then it's over until the next release.
Simple outdoor scenes render fine, but it seems there are a fair number of things I want to use that make Reality barf and break.
Meh, back to 3Delight. :blank:
if you're within your 30 days, maybe you can return it ?
store credits always burn in my pockets
contemplating buying the Hailey A3, and her pony. would need reindeer antlers hmmm

Oh, I'm not giving up forever, just until the next update. First release after a major update is always a crapshoot, I'll just wait on fixes. :cheese:
...beginning to feel the same . Will not import any scenes created before Dz 4.7 including the one I spent a lot of time on (the two girls waiting at the bus stop). Not about to rebuild the entire scene in 4.7 a second time (already had to rebuild it once after the original file was corrupted by a crash - the pose Leela is in was a custom one I set up from scratch from a photo). Part of me is is wishing I would have picked up Luxus when it was in the FastGrab last month (even though it is poorly documented and support is spotty compared to Paolo's).
I'm wondering if this isn't due to the timing with Daz releasing 4.7 after most of the beta testing was on Reality4 was done. The two were released only 12 days apart, not enough time to retest and update Reality for the newer version of Daz Studio. 4.7 brought some major changes to the table, as well a a few bugs of it's own, that may be causing some sort of unanticipated conflict with the new version of Reality. We all know that with every update of Daz Studio, plugins often break and need to be updated. This is the first time I have seen an update to Daz Studio and a plugin (a very complex one at that) be released so close together.
Morning. Grey overcast like a moth eaten wooly blanket draped over the city skyline, the occasional bit of sunlight escaping through a ragged gap. Perhaps it will rain a little later on :)

I suspect you have a point. 12 days is in no way long enough to test a complex plugin like Reality with a new DS release. Just one new, bad interaction and things can go Horribly Wrong(tm).
I'm sure things will get fixed, but right now it's a real bugfest and I think the developer needs time to go through and fix the things we first adopters have discovered, and some of them will be doozies to chase down, even if the developer has my debugging skills (I admit it, I suck at most things but I'm a top 10% developer). :red: :red:
Well, my warning-laden render has gone on for an hour and it appears.. well, not bad enough to kill. :blank: I'll let it run until I go off to wtch Dr. Who, then I'll need the CPU for video decode.. this Intel HD3000 graphics chip has minimal support for hardware decode.
Umbrella time... :-S

...my issue is I have another project this is affecting, one that actually will bring in a little income for me. Not about to rebuild that from the ground up again.

Well, that has much suckitude. I hope you can work things out...
Ok, 2 hours run time and it's all still a speckled mess. Disabling Reality 4 until the next bugfix release.
But, it's DR. WHO TIME!!! :cheese: :cheese: And I have POPCORN AND BEER! :cheese: :cheese:
Umbrella time... :-S
Just a few spots of rain before, more like an empty promise than a shower

yay for bigger bucks ! :)
Temp has been pretty constant all week, day and nigh. Must be the overcast trapping heat at night :)
I'd die for those temps. Though we do have a decent week coming up. Gonna be in the low 40's
snow - on the ground.
off the bus, felt like walking in a blizzard. it was wild and crazy
...have the popcorn and beer, just no telly or paid steaming subscription.
I gotta go sit and wait while they work on a recall on our vehicle tomorrow. They say it should only take 30minutes. Hope that's the case.
