It snowed here today...on and off a few times. Just looked out the window, and the last time it stuck a little. Diane's car is covered lightly and there a dusting on the grass, but not on the street, and it looks like it's done...unless it starts up again. We weren't expecting much from this one, though. Maybe a half inch at best in my area. Wednesday it's supposed to rain all day, maybe hard.

not much chance of snow here today

    ...that looks soooooooo inviting.

Between the glass of potato wodka and that scene, feeling just a bit warmer.

I need that lotto to come through so I can head south for the winter like birds do (and then north when it shows up in the other hemisphere).

    Y'got noooooo idea how much.

I've spent the last two months basically sleeping. Now that we have a light layer of snow, I'm slightly more active, as snow easily multiplies the amount of light available.

    Still sleepy, tho.

Yes, and OMG it's sooooooooooooo good! :cheese: It's a medium roast with a warm flavor and has a slight taste of fruit in the background. It's a mix of different beans.. let me find a link..

Amazing stuff, so lovely. :) I have to thank KK again for turning me on to Seattle Coffee Gear, I think of him every time I brew a cup (causing good karma, I hope).

How long does it take to get to you? I'm way over here in Massachusetts. It seems there's only standard USPS shipping.

I called to ask if they used any other shipping, got the voice mail. He called back, though! It's a one man and one part time man operation, you know? His name is Ross Velton! I decided to get it for Diane anyway...on your recommendation! Thanks!

...well Football Sunday is in full swing.

Green Bay bounced back nicely with 20 - 3 defeat of lowly Tampa Bay to clinch a playoff berth. The defence really came alive, sacking McCown seven times and intercepting him once. Rodgers looked like his usual self again compared to last week, going 31 of 40 for 318 yards one TD and no INTs. While it cost us a chance at the top seed, losing that game last week appeared to have lit a fire under the team, especially the defence. After that humiliating loss in New Orleans earlier this season, the Packers went 5 - 0 and Rodgers was flawless.

Big showdown for all the marbles next week at Lambeau with Detroit. Winner takes the division title and gets a first week bye in the playoffs as the 2nd seed.

...and in Footy, Arsenal played to a draw with Liverpool. Chelsea still on top of the table (tied with Manchester City) and looks unstoppable again this season.
