    @Totte #4 - great idea, and I love that camel's expression - I think he'd like to swap models?!
@Luci45 #4 - oh that's so sweet! Weird. But sweet. (Sorry to hear about the cataracts - I believe they didn't hold back M. Monet from his creations either though)
@Zawarkal #1 - wow, I have no idea what's going on there, but it's really striking (no surprise there then!)
@Fobok1 #1 - neat idea, nice lighting (I do adapt poses a little to avoid clipping when I draw them and seem to get away with it :) )
@icecrmn #4 - well done persevering with the Luxrender (I really must try to get to grips with it one day...) It came out pretty well I think
@gopherus #4 - ooh that's full of little cameos: I love the cigar-smoking/puking boys. And is that really Starship Stingray lurking behind the flowery cloth? Lovely colours.
(PS: You don't seem to have added this to the Entries thread?)
@Ken OBanion #2 - Ah, schooldays, such a lovely time of tolerance and goodwill! Nice posing there.
@Luci45 #5 - aha, the obligatory Luci comic-strip appears at last! I love this one, really neat idea and nice little touches (I like the tagline on the Hover Bike) - but don't you forget to add it to the Entries Thread either!

    And here's my third pull:

    2127 = Jess for V4
226 = Fantasy Accessories for Pharaohs
    601 = Garden Escape Planters
    563 = Callum

Oh, that's almost a letdown after the last two

Thanks, MelanieL. I forgot about Monet's cataracts. Maybe I'll keep them for a while;I kind of like the effect. I couldn't add #5 to entries only as I kept getting an error. Will try again. Thanks.
Thanks, gopherus. That heron does look a bit excited. The pose is actually an attack pose from the Birds of Legend pack.

Zawarkal #1 Gorgeous and lethal. I love it.
Fobok1 I like the lighting too, the idea, layout. I always tweak the poses a bit. Maybe that should be added to the rules.
icecrmn #4 Wow, It looks great too me! Nice soft colors. Getting the lighting right is always the biggest struggle for me. One of these days I will start using Reality; I just hate waiting for renders and am always finding things that need to be fixed and starting over.
gopherus#4 This one is a gem! I love the boys under the float smoking and puking, and the other guy above watching. Where is the Stingray? Is that the thing on the float that the girls are putting flowers on?
obanion#02 Haha, stupid girls - matchmaking and they don't know it.They make me think of the Jimmy Fallon song "Ew!"
MelanieL #2 Oh, haha, you and Totte are pulling all the buildings and environments. The Gods of Random have not blesssed me with very many so far. I love what you did with the place(s) in this one - the Garden of Galahad looks appealing even - I guess it's those fit young men. I like Cassie looking fondly at them and the shoppers in the background. I see your latest pull isn't so challenging.

Here's pull #5 (only one environment. Hehe.)
Upper East Side for Classic Deco
    Medico Della Peste
Ghost of Macbeth Morphs for Genesis 2 Male(s) - A brand new purchase - that never happens!
    Billboard Poses for Michael 6
    Charmed(LB)

    Thanks Luci45, Kyoto Kid, MelanieL

I looked for days for a radio for the decorating party and finally found that old Zenith hidden away in the prop library. i didn t remember where i got it from, but i m glad there are other vault raiders who could recognize it.

Indeed that hulk on the cart that the girls are decorating is the stingray. Here we see a fully functional stingray, though not yet completely decorated, with wings attached engaged in a dogfight with a Romulan craft.

@luci #5 You are the master of the manga! Cool story too!

@melanie #2 Really nice one! i like the poses of the characters and the depth of the scene

    this ones just for fun:

    Pull #6

LB2: #5058 The Shoppes for Victorian Street (#2918)

Weirdest numbers ever, this is 6 numbers from 1 to 5746. But the pull is quite workable.

Edit: Spring garden required Lisa's signs of spring (which I don't have and which is no longer sold at DAZ Store, or I would have picked it up). Repulled, And it became even more difficult ;-) Ken, did you send your gods of random to me this time?

@Totte #5 - I like that idea, and your gloop looks great! Mr Radish may be a little overdressed for the occasion, but I suppose the boss gets to wear what he wants...
@icecrmn #5 - she kicks pretty hard looking at that damage! I love the little Lovey-Bear aliens - so un-tech-looking for their very tech-looking craft.

And thanks Luci45, gopherus and Totte for your comments.

Thank you everyone for all the compliments :)

@ MelanieL I believe the tux was part of totte's pull. I was going for a more humorous scene this time, but I admit, I'm not very good at it yet. I like you render, I think it's a beautiful garden.

@ totte #5 with 4 arms that employee should be able to find work in just about any factory :) ,,, very nice render

    @ Luci45 #5 I love the comic book theme.

@ TimG #1 Nice beach scene.I miss summer already :(

@totte #5 Didn t i see that multi armed man in the post office in Men in Black 2. And acutally, having worked nights, people sometimes do come to work friday nights straight from dates or bartending or.... very overdressed. When they show up at all. Really well done chemical spill effects. Good one!!

@icecmn #5 Cute! Very organic. Not at all like the Zanti misfits from the outer limits. Well done!

TimG #1 It is a good one. 2 people who, preoccupied, never notice each other! I almost missed it since this is the first i ve looked at the entry thread.

    pull #5
    Yamaki Show Poses
    Ice Princess for A3V3
    BRC: The Cloisters
    Pilgrim for Toon Generations

i found my limits on this one. when i added the 10th figure to the scene the cursor disappeared and the screen started flashing. definitely 9 characters is my limit!

Thanks, I guess it's a result of too much RRRR practice. I usually just load and look at any big props and play around to see if they match in anyway, they I juggle any pulled people and clothing around just to make some figures. At last I pull out any props and then I just add it to the main scene and sees what happens. But sometimes I just get an idea from the pull, but usually it's just juggling pieces around and try to get a story. The wips and the dress just came along naturally with an old, grey haired lady ;-)

Ditto my earlier comment on your work! Another singularly remarkable example!

I especially like the way the image flows, drawing the eye from lower-right to upper-left, from dark to color.

Okay, here's the catch-up post! I was determined to go back and look at the renders I missed!

Totte #1, "Bargains at the outpost flee market" - Who doesn't love a bargain on a hovercraft? You've got everything and (literally!) the kitchen sink in there! Great atmosphere!

icecrmn #1, "Dress Rehearsal " - Great way to kick off your first venture into the randomness! Love the crisp colors. Clever use of the scenery, too! Welcome!!

luci45#1, "Printed Prosthetics Lab" - LOL!! We have a rapid prototyper where I work (university engineering department), but THAT is something we've never done. I can think of a few people who could use a prosthetic head...

    Gopherus #1,
"Xtra Special Delivery" - The snails, mushroom, and enormous spider web reminds me of what MY garden usually ends up looking like. (I am a convicted plant murderer.) And your caption is icing on the cake! Very funny!

obanion#01, "CSI: WTF!?" - LOL!!! I'm not sure which part I love most -- the title, caption, or FANTASTIC picture. I literally laughed out loud at this one. Bravo!!

icecrmn #2, "Late for Work" - I never cease to enjoy Slime Beast RRRR entries!! This is hilarious! I wonder if Mr. Johnson believed her...

Totte #2, "The secret belly dancing training camp" - Another laugh-out-loud render! And there's that MRI machine again!! (What are the odds of that popping up so much?!) This is shaping up to be an awesome month! The torture-by-Barry bit in your caption made me giggle!

    Gopherus #2,
"The Hare Patrol" - Love the decal on that jeep! The question is... do they clip and shave the hairy captives before they release them??

    luci45#2,
"Timeless Marriages" - Timeless, indeed! But what's a few millenia when true love is involved? Pretty sure I don't want to visit Antfarm land, though. Fantastic colors and lighting, btw!

MelanieL#1, "Carnival Attractions" - Holy carnival, Batman! There's so much to see in this one!! And excellent posing of the mermaid who's putting on her tail. Love it!

    luci45#3,
"Where the Bolladons and the Antelope Play" - This is absolutely fantastic! Not sure if I feel more sorry for the antelope or that poor boy hiding under the table. The desaturated look is wonderful. Such a contrast to the colors in your last one, but just as perfect.

barbult#1, "Fairy Tale Friends and Foes" - Ouch!! Poor Rapunzel! I love all the fairy tale references you squeezed into this one. Awesome POV, too!

Totte #3, "Vampire Love XXIV" - I can hear a cheesy musical number in my head when I look at ths! Quite an impressive number of people in this one! The baskets of fruit and wine are particularly inviting. And I'm always a sucker for a Mustang. :D You're tackling those LBs with great talent!

    Gopherus #3,
"Insomnia: the Brotherhood of the Night" - Great lighting and mood in this one. Love the colors. I am fairly certain I would have had no idea of how to squeeze that SLAV into a scene, but you pulled it off!

icecrmn #3, "early one morning at the skyship repair hanger…" - Really nice (and seamless!) blend of the steampunk airship and the inter-galactic themed items! Very detailed, too!

Totte #4, "Introducing the American way of selling transportation" - Lol! Yes, we Americans do like to use scantily-clad women to sell just about everything!! I think those ladies spent some time at the desert belly-dancing compound, because they look very nimble!

luci45#4, "Little Rock Girl" - Is it wrong that I kinda wish I had a heron and a rock (literally, not musically) girl dancing in my living room when I'm sleeping? Oh, who am I kidding -- my living room is NEVER that neat. Wonderful lighting -- really conveys the mysterious night-time story.

Zawarkal #1, "Fool’s Choice" - Your renders are always so thought-provoking in a delightfully surreal way. The colors in this are beautiful!! You may have had a hard time deciding what to put in there, but it turned out very nicely. And I certainly wouldn't worry about your style here in the RRRR universe. You bring something unique and lovely with every render you post!

Fobok1 #1, "Strange Device" - This was a wonderful use of your pulls! (Wish one of those would appear in my kitchen!) Don't fret too much over clipping, either. Clip happens. :D You can always postwork it out! The scene is very well composed and nicely lit, too!

icecrmn #4, "Setting up" - Oooh! A Reality/Lux render! Turned out great, even with the 20 hour render time. (I do love Lux, but I'm usually not that patient!) The reflections on the car are spot-on, and I don't think it looks grainy at all! Great lighting.

Gopherus #4, "Homecoming" - I could be wrong, but this might be the first RRRR entry to contain vomit! So, congrats and... eew. Lol. Great use of your pulls! The expression on the little cheerleader in front is priceless!

    obanion#02,
"The Prom Queen Is Holding Court (But Is the Prom King Thinking About Abdicating?)" Ah, high school... You certainly nailed the inane, adolescent dialog! Awesome posing, as always. And a great punchline at the end! You always tell a great story, Ken!

luci45#5, "Stygian Princess" - I think you need to go back through your RRRR entries and make a book of all your comic-book-style renders! And, like Ken, you have nailed the adolescent attitude perfectly. The "Damn Gramma" rant made me laugh! Everything is beautiful, too. Wonderful use of contrasting colors, and a perfectly dreamy atmosphere.

MelanieL#2, "Market Gardening" - Oh, this is lovely! It's so perfectly composed, you'd never guess there was anything random about what you used to make it. Bravo!!

Totte #5, "The toy factory accident" - Ah, yes... the joys of commercialism! I'm also a little concerned that the rubber ducks are staging a revolt. They look very militaristic. Great ooze effects, too!

icecrmn #5, "The Invasion" - OMG, I might die of the cuteness here! If we were to be invaded by aliens, I can think of no better outcome than to discover cute, plush bears seeking cookies.

Gopherus #5, "Every Which Way…" - This could make for a very bizarre holiday special, I think. You had quite the pull with this one, so congrats for making something truly entertaining!!

Totte #6, "Helping-great aunt Prucille to move" - I don't think the glass coffee table is going to survive THOSE movers. And what a very... interesting neighborhood she lives in. I guess I can see why she's moving! You're really doing an amazing job with those LBs!

    Zawarkal #02
, "Looking In : Looking Out" - Oh, wow. This is stunning! I LOVE the use of color here. I definitely am amazed by the world YOU'RE building! It has such a lush, dreamy feel!

Shew!! Okay, now I'd better get going on my OWN entry!

Thought I ought to catch up again:

@gopherus #5 - I think it was worth fighting the computer on that one, so much going on! And I love the look of that snowdrift half-burying The Cloisters.
@Totte #6 - she's certainly got her young relatives working hard - but the way she's handling that whip I guess they dare not say "No" :)
@Zawarkal #2 - I just had to look at the full-size version of that one - pure Surrealism. I love the vivid colours and the sinuous creatures.
@KaribousBoutique - my you've done well to do all that catch-up! Thanks for your comments on mine.

thanks KaribousBoutique and MelanieL for your comments

@KaribousBoutique ¡what dedication! Doing them all in one fell swoop. And you must be psychic. My first render of the hare patrol had them using a straight razor to shave the men on the run, but i switched to netting them first for the safety factor.

@icecrmn #6 That girl looks cold sitting on that cold marble. I m thinking of a central park although maybe not NYC. Like the reflections! Good one!

    Pull:
Country Cottage Expansion 3 - roofs (runtime DNA) deja vu

All My Exes Came From Texas...

"Do you mean to say that all your exes came from Texas just to give you away?"
"Well, No. Actually the only ones who came were those who couldn t wrangle Super Bowl tickets in Glendale.
And what they said was that they wanted to meet the fool who seemed to want to join their group.
And to test him for his worthiness."

(edited to fix the hole in the roof. oops!)
