HoliDAZ sale terms

There seems to be a strange aborted sentence in the promotion text
"Items purchased to recieve punches & items."

Does this sentence supposed to mean that such items can't be returned for refund, as it usually is in such sales?

    I don't know, but all I noticed is that "recieve" is misspelled! :)

    Not to mention at least one incomplete sentence.

    So, to any mod here, is this another one of the "...if you buy an item and get a punch, you can't return it..." promo? It doesn't state that clearly anywhere in the banner.

    Guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere since DAZ can't be bothered to have someone proof their copy before posting.

    I don't know the official answer to this but if it goes by most the other sales like this there are no returns on the products.

    In a related question, I know discounts for the different milestones don't stack, but my question is about buying Gift Certificates. If I buy one at 5% off when I hit the first milestone, can I buy a second one at 10% off when I hit the second (and 15% off when I hit the third? Or are you only allowed one gift certificate period per week? Gift certificates usually have one time buys which is why I am asking. It sounds like this one allows you to buy as many as your want before the time limit expires. Could I get clarification on that?

    I would imagine you can buy as many as you like, at the current discount - just as you can buy multiple batches of featured PA items or best of 2014 items. There's no indication that any of those are one-use offers. I will check (and I've already sent in a query on the missing text).

    Ok, got answers. Yes, you can make multiple uses of the discounts (please). The missing text is being fixed.

    I have another question...
    It says "another 10% off" for the PA. But it mentions nowhere what the base discount for the items under http://www.daz3d.com/happy-hollidaz#artists is.
    When I look at them without any punches, I see 40% discount... is that correct as base discount for the HolliDAZ?

    I only see 30%. Edit - Oh, I guess you mean the non-punchable older items. I see 40% and some curious 41%.

    They will be added to your order history - that's the advantage of going through the store to do it.

    AFAIR they can, if you don't use the punch discounts/codes.

    You can send a ticket to sales to opt out of the promotion so anything you purchase can be returned (since using any automatic punch rewards would remove your ability to return the purchase). I've done that with one or two previous sales.

    Is there any update on this question? There's still no info about this on the sales page....

    Is it only items on sale for the listed PAs that will give us a discount for punches or is any item, on sale or not, listed in their stores eligible? For Mattymanx and Orestes I plopped two products each in my cart. Neither are on sale, but they show up when I click the name on the page. But I'm getting no discount at all? I already have eligible punches from previous days and have further in the cart.

    If only items marked as already on sale in their stores is eligible for punch discounts, this is different from previous sales.

    sorry... I shouldn't make posts before drinking coffee. ;-)

    It seems like there's a glitch in the sale. Only today's new vendors have the 40% base discount, and all other listed vendors no longer have it.
    Have you tried adding a 40% item of, say, slide3d to your cart, and does that give you discount?

    I'm having the same problem as Spit. For me, at least, putting another 40% off item doesn't fix a thing. I'm not even getting my 10% from my punches on the items.

    (I suppose I should add that I already put a ticket in yesterday, but have only gotten a "Your call is important to us, please hold" type of response.)

    So the extra discount is also not given to the 40% off item? That sucks.

    Sorry, I gave up and went to bed.

    The items from the vendors on the list that had NO discount gave no punch discount in the cart--no matter how far I went in the process.

    An item that already had a discount from the vendor got the additional percent as soon as it went in the cart.

    I think it has been repaired; all vendors now show the 40% discount for non-new items.

    I checked just after my last message but it wasn't fixed yet. So THANK YOU for posting that it's fixed. I had given up but checked again and got the discount.

    What about the 'Today's Sale Artists (not punchable)' that are supposed to be 40+% off. I have several items from the category in my cart, and even went to 'checkout', and I see no discounts.
