    I have to chuckle because the ad I got has a girl showing the genesis 2 male presents..lol
    mine didn;t work either but i thought it ironic that they have a women for a male present..lol

    Thanks. The short-lived shape presets for G2M are back (thank you, Muscleman), so I've snagged mine in case they feel like doing a runner again :) Once more, thanks to all in involved in this giveaway and Merry Christmas :)

    But we WILL get a catch-up with them, right? Please say so... They were so elusive that, despite the fact I visited the page daily - when the ruckus with the lovely gift from Muscleman (which I still lack...) started, I checked in like every three hours - I didn't managed to grab them. So did Kerya and many others, so I hope they will come back.

    Sorry, I was joking about the shape pre-sets doing a runner again and wouldn't have if I'd known they really were going to be temperamental and disappoint people. I couldn't imagine the same mistake being made twice and so thought that the glitch was with their first appearance and that they'd stick around this time. I haven't been a Daz user for very long, but they do seem to try to make amends for their (many!) store glitches and so hopefully they will offer a catch-up.

    Some of us were apparently fortunate enough to get the link when it was still active and make a free 'purchase', as was originally intended.

    Had no idea they'd later delete it (or why it was), but it's one of those strange things which come with Daz territory...

    The ski poles are retextured from a snowman set. The boots are actually the Action Kicker Boots for Genesis using textures from my On The Grid set that is coming soon. The skis and snowboard are part of a set I am making. It will have boots, bindings, poles, etc. Looking like February until I can get it done.

    The snow spray effects are done with Ron's brushes applied to several planes to get realistic shadowing.

    It is not your fault, I am sure nobody felt insulted by your comment. We who missed the item are just sad.

    the hollidaz freebie catchup page, as from today's newsletter as well from the rotating banners, still shows just yesterday's freebies.... another glitch or is it just me? :ohh:

    Yeah I would like to get the ones I missed myself, I only managed to get the ones yesterday because I have been avoiding DAZ due to lack of money lately lol. Though the newslatters lately have been making me wish again that I was loaded

    Yes, the catch-up is incorrect. On the other hand, logging into DAZ at nine A. M. CET - DAZ time plus six - was not the best idea...

    Now the freebies are free on the catch up site but if they are in the cart, they are full priced :(

    Can you tell me if the catch up freebie page is working or not because
    I really wanted to get the g2m morph but it didn't show on the freebie page as free or did it come up as a freebie in my cart. it did take 25% discount for over the $50 but i got a ad this morning for the freebie catch up page, thats how i got here..lol
    just wondering I wasn't gonna by morphs set I had enough in my cart. but if it was a freebie, than i'd take it :)

    Any input?

    Actually were Shape Presets for Genesis 2 Male(s) supposed to be free or was that a mistake? It's the second time around I try to get them and they do not appear to be free (save for the first hours back in last week)

    I had put it in my cart when it was first released, and then got busy and by the time I remembered about it, it was too late. The item isn't showing anywhere in the store, the link that was given in an earlier post just brings up a 404 page.

    I do want to express my appreciation for these nice gifts from all the PAs. Glitches or not, it's nice of the PAs to take the time to do this for us. I don't want to seem ungrateful because there are a few little bumps in the system. Merry Christmas everybody!
