Today's purchase not showing up in DIM (2014-12-17) - Resolved

As it says - Checkout completed almost an hour ago. I can click on 'download' in the product library and the zip starts to download, but clicking on 'download and install' does nothing.

    Image1 - the top item in the product library
    Image1- when I click on download
    Image3 - DIM immediately after restarting and connecting to DAZ

    I did have three products show up on the first connection, but they were reworks (updates).

    I just had the same problem with my order. I had to manually download the zips from my account page into the DIM downloads folder.DIM handled the install just fine after that.My items appear in Daz Studio correctly and I can use them as expected.

    No joy; I'm suspecting it may actually be a cloudflare issue at this point. No errors in the DIM log.

    Nevermind - I forgot that they wouldn't show up in DIM after I downloaded the installers by hand. A quick delete and they're right where they should be.

    I just opened DIM and the two freebies I purchased today were there, I was able to download and install them through DIM with no problems.
