Genesis clothing popping off in 3DXchange

Been trying to get the clothing I affix to Genesis in DAZ to stay on my character when I import the FBX into 3dXchange but the clothes pop of off the character. I have tried everything and I do know to check the "Merge Clothing Into Figure Skeleton" checked in the Daz Studio FBX export options. I also watched this video and followed the steps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWPLx_LBs5o

Now, I was told that one go around is to create each item as a .OBJ and import into iClone. This works fine with the hair but the clothing fits ill, has poke through and moves weird on the body when I animate it even after I link it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

firstly make sure all the clothing used is conforming not with parented bits
those need to be exported separately as props
Liquid halo on sky is an example of an outfit full of parented bits
many of Powerage's fantasy stuff has too, autofitting it keeps parenting but only the main outfit actually conformed
I check this by expanding all and in scene selecting all props and deleting

then add a smoothing modifier to the clothes and check autoupdate before applying the facial animation duf and exporting, make sure DAZ is set to 1fps too or it will take forever

with clothes with handles, helpers etc you have the option in 3Dxchange of going into convert to non-standard and adding to extend bones
these can either then be posed in iClone or spring added in 3dx5, the spring can be turned off for posing to sit for example

It works -- I also realized that I was exporting the clothing as Static...doh!!!!
