50% 2014 offer not stacking with 60% off selected artists offer

The banners do not say that these two offers will not stack, but if I add a punchable item to the cart then an item that appears in both the non-new 2014 list, and the 60% off selected artists list, should get a discount of 80% (for a PC+ member), however I am only seeing 60% off. Is this by design or a glitch?, as 80% off 2014 items would seem very generous.

    Edit: actually, it is excluded in the full text of the offer, if you click the banner.

    Then it probably should have been included in the email that was sent out. It was not.

    Also, it looks like all of the Best of 2014 items have been pulled, which miffs me, because we weren't notified that we only had until Tuesday night to buy from that category, when the punches are supposed to be good until Friday.

    Why is Bobbie25 listed twice in the 60% category?
