What morph and texture is this (I think the figure is Belle)

Can anyone tell me the figure & character morph & skin texture in the promo image for Melinda Hair? http://www.daz3d.com/melinda-hair
Thanks!

The figure certainly looks like she has some Belle 6 dialled in, but the material doesn't appear to be any of her default options. Certainly the skin on Belle is a bit more pale, and there are no makeup options which directly match, though one comes reasonably close.
I'll have to scour my extensive library to see if I can deduce which material set was used, but my guess is the character herself is more of a blend of various others.
I didn't want to create a new thread, so I bumped this. With the current Fashion Forward Sale going on, I can get both Belle 6 and Brodie 6 Base models for around $36. I already have Teen Josie though, and only brushed into her model a bit. Also, The Aging Morph with G2 Male and Female Morph Bundles seem to do some aging justice for creating younger models. Are getting these 2 models worth it? Any can advocate for or against them?
I've started to not support artists (that is, not buy anything from them that isn't absolutely necessary to me) who don't disclose what products they use in their promo images.
The main texture is definitely Belle 6. My guess is that it's a custom makeup added via the LIE. I do similar things all the time: I have a collection of lip, eyeliner, and blush transparencies that I've converted to different figures and use to make my own makeups.
As to the character morph. It doesn't look much different from vanilla Belle 6, but I could be wrong there. I don't actually own her and there isn't a render of her in a similar pose on her product page.
Frankly I'm more interested in that light setup that's a big part of why the render is so appealing I think.
@fauvist I do totally wish that more artists would list what they use. However, I can also understand why they don't. If my guess on the makeup thing is right, there's really no way to put that in a quick note or link. Characters too can be hard. I have a bunch of dialed characters, and, to a one, they all use bits of 3+ characters and a bunch of transferred morphs.
It really looks like LY Eira to me, with the distinctive face and the effervescent blush. http://www.daz3d.com/ly-eira
@Fauvist: If it's a DAZ Original, nine times out of ten that artist did not do the promos, an in-house promo artist of DAZ's did. Every time I've sold DAZ a product they have never, not once, ever used my promos for it. The ones they did use were invariably better, mind you, I'm not objecting to the practice; but you shouldn't blame EmmaAndJordi for something that is neither their decision nor their fault.
