    Hearing fireworks of all types, up to the big mortars. My neighborhood has always been big on fireworks for Independence Day night and New Year's Eve night.

    I hope nobody gets hit by falling bullets this year. If I ever witness anybody shooting their gun into the air I swear I'll turn them in, and I don't care how many starving children he/she has.

    Happened here over an hour ago. I almost missed it because I was intensely playing games on my Kindle.

    Happy New Year all!! Still Mountain and Pacific time to go in the states. Alaska and Hawaii too.

    When do the guys on the space station say Happy New Year? They sure have a lot of choices :)

    they are probably celebrating with recycled pee not champagne so just how happy their NYE party is I am unsure.

    It's 5am here in So. Cal, all the local cops have cracked down on all the bangers & shooters in past years.

    Right now all the action is in Pasadena where the New Years parade will kick off in a few hours and it is cold outside!
    All the people along the parade route are freezing their tails off, as we are having a cold spell now.
    Maybe it's too cold to rain, but we'll see.

    Spent the next few hours looking for a morph slider, that was well camouflaged, lol. Then went back to playing with colors in MS Paint.

    I managed to post New year wishes to a group in Skype as the time stamp was exactly 12:00 GMT (or UTC if you prefer)

    I recorded it so I could ignore it later today.

    Actually I ate myself miserable with popcorn and pistachios and peach brandy. (groan, burp, snore)
