Why are there so many items on the store that have had their prices increased by some noob typo?

..and more importantly why hasn't this been fixed?

Do you make money or lose it by employing such strange and wonderful discount structures? I wonder...

You know... stuff happens (there was a less censorable variation as you surely know ). The more products you sell, the more likely you are to err.

Heh yes indeed 'it' happens all the time... but to actually leave a price hike in place for so long is more than a little dubious.. Aiko 6, Lilith to name only two major product lines that are affected. Anyone who isn't paying attention could easily end up paying more than they should for these items. (it's not like they are cheap to start with)

..either way - makes the whole operation look a little shoddy, to say the least.

Prices do sometimes get revised to respond to the market, but if you are seeing somethign that actually looks wrong please report it by opening a ticket - forum posts won't get it fixed as quickly, or possibly at all depending on who sees them, if it is a mistake.

If that includes going up, that's definitely something I didn't know.

Yeh I raised a ticket some 3 or 4 hours ago.. very little by way of any meaningful response.. just the site dropping offline - comes back up. Some errors half-fixed (no discount at all - so not really fixed) and some errors still remain.

A couple of hours will net you the automatic response. A few days is reasonable. Take screenshots to have proof of what you are talking about.

I see this too, It started tonight, nearly 50% of items had 5 to 10% price increase. and some even said - - 5%, twice the minus sign, it was an inverted promo lol.
I'm platinium plus and I see a lot of -22%, -25%, -26% etc instead of the normal -30% i should have for daz original products. A lot of non discounted prices have also increased... all the prices are messed up.

Thanks for the info/advice. I'll just wait it out and see what happens.

OK, I apologise for adding to the confusion. A number of prices have recently been changed and as a result of the way the system is cached that showed up as odd non-discounts in your wishlists - these should go away, if they haven't already. The prices are correct so there's no need to open a ticket querying them. Again, my apologies for not having all the facts when I replied earlier.

Thanks for the explanation. Pretty poor system that confuses the whole site.. not just just stuff on my wishlist as you say.

Anyway - I'm quite bored by the whole topic, and an already overpriced purchase is now an easy call.. file it under 'no'.

    Signing off.

Yeah, so just to clear things up a bit further, that means the price on several DAZ Originals has been increased, including all Pro Bundle (and probably the base products as well), would that be right? Because I'm seeing quite a significant increase there.

I have had stuff in my wish list for a long time, waiting for a reasonable price or sale on the item i would like to purchase. I see the price change go up on those items often. So I guess that why they keep sitting in my wish list...lol One item that really cracks me up is Angel for V4 http://www.daz3d.com/angel-for-v4 . i wished listed this when it was $14.99 waiting for her to go in the fast grabs or on sale and now its priced at 24.95..lol
Yea like if i didn't buy it at 14.99.. I surely am not going to get her at $25 bucks..lol so she still sits there.
