Online readme files are not working

I'm trying to link to the online readme files from the DIM and they are not working at all. Clicking the link opens the browser page where it tries for a LONG time to load the page and then finally quits with no error message. Earlier today they were incredibly slow. Now they are not working at all. Even the product index will not load. I'm using Firefox 35.0 and I also tried with Chrome.

    They're currently working on them, should be back shortly.
