Problem with DJ Remixed textures. Please help!

Hello Community,

I've purchased DJ Remixed by zoro d and am very pleased with his work. I am, however, having an issue with the jean textures appearing very low resolution and i'm not sure why. In his promo screenshots, the textures look incredibly high res as you can see: http://www.daz3d.com/dj-remixed

In the editor on my end though, the jean textures look very low res. I've attached two images to show what i'm talking about. Another thing im not understanding is that in the promo screenshots, the jeans have creases... none of which show up on mine. What am I doing wrong/not doing? I attempted to reinstall the files and im still having the same issue. Please help!

    The preview screen is low res with no Displacement or bump maps, you would need to render the jeans for hires with wrinkles.

    Items with a fine repeat, such as denim or fine checks, tend to interact with the preview to give a moire effect that looks like a much lower resolution repeat.
