polygon group editor tool not found

I have 4.7 pro and just bought 'Rigging Original figures.' When I looked under tools for the polygon group editor tool I was surprised to find it wasn't there. Is this something I have to download separately or did it not install with 4.7?

    It was renamed the Geometry Edit tool a while back, as it can now work with edges and vertices as well as polygons. Depending on the age of the tutorial, and on what it is doing, you may also find the Property Editor pane: this has been replaced with the Property Hierarchy pane and Edit mode in the Parameters pane.

    It has been a year since you bought the tut from Blondie9999. I was thinking about buying it also. What did you think of the tut in general, and what luck did you have rigging figures after 18 months?
