Where is Genesis 2?

First off, I use Poser, but I was thinking of finally upgrading to genesis mainly for the creature portions of genesis (I'm interested in the lizard thing)
But I cannot seem to find the base Genesis 2? I'm a little confused about how this works. Does it come with Daz and Daz only? Is there no way to download Genesis 2 specifically on it's own? Male and Female? I can only find morphs or clothes etc etc...

    Do you have the DSON Importer for Poser?

    You need to download and install Genesis 2 Starter Essentials from your Product Library, it comes free with DAZ Studio in your downloads.

    You also need http://www.daz3d.com/dson-importer-for-poser as Genesis or Genesis 2 do not work natively in Poser without this.

    I have PP2014, and am able to import most things.
    Does this mean I have to download DazStudio to download Genesis?

    idk why i said it that way...
    i forgot that dson is still needed with pp2014...
    in that case yes i do have dson importer.

    Download Genesis2 Male /Female Starter Essentials from your product library. It comes with the DSON importer

    You don't have to download Daz Studio 4.7 to get Genesis 2, but you do have to "purchase" it (i.e., add a copy to your Product Library). Genesis 2 Starter Essentials will be added to your Product Library at the same time - that's the one you want to download.

    If you have DSON Importer for Poser then the Starter Essentials should already be in your Product Library, you don't need to buy DAZ Studio also.
