In current Studio Version: do AoA Advanced Lights Work?

These lights (Advanced ambient, advanced spot, and advanced distant) are my mainstays and I've seen conflicting info on their compatibility with current version of DAZ Studio. I have not upgraded and will not until I know, as it will require me to redo all my scenes if they don't work anymore. And by work I mean all the features, including flagging.

Does anyone know for sure? Thanks!

Someone came up with a patch for the Graphic Arts Cameras, but I don't know if it fixes the other AoA cameras. I even found a way to make it work on Windows 8.1.

    Found a temporary fix.

    Steps for Windows.
    1. Close DAZ Studio 4.7
    2. Open Advanced System Settings.
    3. Click on Environment Variables.
    4. Click New.
    5. Name: SHADERDL_OPTIONS
    6. Value: -Dtime=0
    7. Click Ok.
    8. Run DAZ Studio.
    9. Open Scene with any Art/Atmospheric Camera.
    10. Happy render.

    This is from this thread.

By the way this isn't a perfect fix, the light sensitivity range seems much tighter than before.

I've had to reinstall mine for some reason, but after the reinstall they worked.

Testing this now. Seems some settings work, others look like they don't. But still checking.

As of right now, the "Dont illuminate" condition appears not to work. That is, it's not supposed to illuminate anything that is flagged (in my case "any of these" because this is a low quality settings light for background items) but it's illuminating everything.

Other conditions with positive settings (i.e. DO illuminate if...) seem to work.

AoA owns the product, so only he can fix it. However he has not been seen here on the forums for many months now, so he is either ill, or busy working on other things.
