Can't use the store

For the last couple days using the store is nearly impossible, pictures won't load. I think the store page is just too busy, with all the banners and tons of images that have to load...

I have updated my comp, closed everything, restarted, so on, tried different browsers...

shopping anywhere else works. just not at Daz. :(

I just gave the store a quick check and it looks like it's running well.

Do you mind giving me some information on what you are using? Browser, OS, connection speed. We have done a lot of testing on various connections and browsers and it comes up well on everything (minus old versions of Internet Explorer).

I've only worked with customer service on one person that had a hard time connecting and it looked like some malware was attempting to inject code in the data that was coming back from the server. Cleaning that up with some malware/virus software fixed their issue right up.

Tried with chrome 40.0.2214.91, Firefox 35, , and IE 11 as well, the inability to load is on all of them currently, and it only happens on the Daz site, not elsewhere.
I even had my windows updated (albeit not by choice) and comp restarted, cache cleared, etc etc, and daz site still can't load. It can barely load forum as well. it took about 5 minutes for this page to load.
Currently I use Windows 7 professional 64 bit. Connection is high speed cable. Did a full scan with Norton and Malwarebytes and find nothing but cookies. :/ Both are up to date with definitions.

Generally I don't have a problem (using firefox ... various versions from 33 up) but it's very hit and miss (or rather, miss, miss, miss and hit) when using my poor little netbook. Invariably (say 95% of the time) all I see on any store front page is the scrolling banner plus the spinning 'loading' (or whatver it says ... naturally this is the 5% of the time!!!! ;)) and non-clickable place-holders for items (not even with a link when you hover over them so no idea of what product might be there)

This morning I am having difficulty with the store but I thought it was a problem with my internet. Hmmm?

SO not sure why this is, but so out of curiousity, i tried a VPN to connect and guess what? All the Daz store loaded in a snap. Without the vpn? Unable to load in Chrome, IE, or FF. Not sure what that means, but I really would prefer to not have to use a VPN to use the Daz store from now on! :(

It looks like our content delivery network is having issues in South Africa and also was doing some work on servers in the eastern US.

It will take a little while for the site to come back up to speed, the reason that it loads so quickly on the VPN is that it is hitting a different server in the cloud delivery network.

Well my location is in Asia (Taiwan) so something must have affected that as well. Will check daily to see if its working but the vpn is a work around for now i guess. Missed the end of a sale though :(

Yes, cart page and access to acount had had weird behavior in last two days. Paypal problem too. Because I am trying to get a windown to buy from my country (we are problem with credit card, this works randomly) I constantly test each hour since more than two days ago and I can guarantee that problems with store had been constant.

I trying to buy from south america.
