Dramatic shadows and i13 Light Helper?

I am absolutely hopeless with lighting on Poser.

So I use this:

I have a sort of system I use; I have saved the parameters of the location I put the ball that makes pleasing effects. I have one for sitting, one for standing. Generally I like to have detail and fairly realistic models. The parameters give me that..
but, I do also like dynamic shadows. I have only achieved them in scenes where I use a light preset specifically for the figures.
But is there any way I can do something like that with the i13 light helper?
