Are Goldtassel's hairstyles' UVs identical?

I'm asking, because if so, I don't need Elements Hair and I'm able to use Colours for Elements Hair on other sets. Manually exchanging diffuse maps may be needed, but then, just save and go.

most her hair caps seem similar and most strands are vertical of varying lengths but some have an extra horizontal strip for a braid etc
I do like vendors who model vertical UV'd hair as I can easily re-texture it myself too and Goldtassel is one of those
however I tend to go the OTHER way, buy the hair swap out diffuse textures but only full image textures, hers are not, using the opacity maps for the hair

Yes, the best textures are seamless. Or simply stripes going in the same direction. You can use a seamless texture and, if the cap is modelled on its own, just draw the outline (or even leave it, the model will use what the UVs let it).

In other words, swapping the textures may work, do I understand you correctly?

no not really but going the OTHER way using other seamless textures on her hairs would work

Huh... I never noticed that before. One more trick to add to the arsenal. :)
