Readme files inaccessible again

I cannot access any readme files from the DIM. This is what I get consistently:

No cached version of this page is available.

    It was doing that for me earlier, but it cleared up shortly thereafter -- is it working for you now?

    And now its working again. This cycle seems to repeat every few days for me. Readme files are completely inaccessible for periods of time and then eventually work again.
