Mirroring Poses In DS

I'm making a pose set that I plan to sell to DAZ and I'm realizing that it would be best to add the mirrored version of each of the poses. Does anyone know a quick way to do this? I have about 20 poses and some of them are complicated and couples poses, so simply switching the dials to the opposite for everything would be very time consuming :D. You're advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Shift-Y (or, from the Parameters or Shaping pane options menu)

    Nodes: Root
    Propagation: Recursive
    Direction: Swap Left and Right
    Trunk Nodes: Mirror Y|Z Rotations
    Under Transforms you'll generally want only the Rotations checked.
