I'm tired of this. I go to Install Manager, it says must be logged in to sign the new EULA, I click, I AM SIGNED IN, there's nowhere to sign the EULA as it doesnt appear. Last time it appeared when I opened DAZ3d.com, no luck. Doesn't appear back at the DIM either. How do you sign the stupid thing?

And great, now when I click on Verify My Account in DIM, it pops up and says "EULA must still be signed by this account." But doesn't let me go anywhere.

    AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH. Really, ya think?

I've gone to My Account and clicked on the Messages, Licensing Agreement, and it still says must be logged in. I AM. I clicked it, and it takes me back to My Account again. I went back to the agreement, and ring around the rosey AGAIN.

It popped up for me when I tried to access my product library in my account. I'm using internet explorer. I clicked agree and it let me past.

That's the behavior I was getting using Internet Explorer 10.

I was able to agree to the EULA with Firefox.

    1. Using Fire Fox log into My Account.
    2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Licensing Agreement link
    3. Check the Agreement box and then click on Submit.

A few hours ago I bought some sale items, I then went to My Account and then my Product Library and could not gain access until I had agreed to the new EULA. After agreeing I was automatically taken back to the Daz Store main page. So I went back into My Account and Product Library and was greeted by the EULA again.
I signed out of my account, and then back in again, but was still trapped in the same EULA agreement loop with my Product Library. I gave up and downloaded my newly purchased items from the recent order page. Later I was able to gain access to my Product Library.

I did notice the download speed for my purchased items was extremely slow, so maybe there was a problem at Daz, but I am happy to say it all seems to be fixed now.

    :-)

    That worked. Thanks Bigh :)
I am on Chrome btw, in case anyone else has problems.

But that still doesn't help anyone who is trying to use DIM that gets this ridiculous run-around. The web team needs to be told that trying to get to the EULA from there DOES NOT WORK.

Anyone having this problem, please submit a support ticket with the exact steps you tried. It worked fine for me, so I can't give any advice on what to do about it.

I had a major problem with this this morning. I logged into DIM and was told I had to sign new EULA. I clicked on line and it opened an IE browser window.

I don't use IE so I copied the link, opened firefox, and went there. Told me I had to log in. I was, but figured there was glitch so I logged in again. Returned to EULA. Told me I had to log in. Logged in again. Returned to EULA. It told me I had to log in.

About then I decided to try it in Opera. Logged in first. Went to EULA. Told me I had to log in. I frowned and logged in again. Returned to EULA. It told me I had to log in.

    About then I'm thinking "Seriously?"

So I go to IE, log in, and go to EULA. It says I'm logged in, allows me to check mark that I've read it, and then allows me to sign it.

The code on the EULA page is NOT good.

Then the DIM download speed was ridiculously low. Sometimes only allowing one download at a time instead of the normal two, and just being really, really slow.

DAZ was having some serious issues this morning, and I hope they get the EULA page fixed. My updated firefox and opera couldn't view it, so I had to sign in with Internet Exploder....ewwwww.......my hands felt dirty after trusting Microsoft with login data...

I'm glad it's not only me with the DIM download speed! It was less than 1/3th the speed that I normally have.

It might not only be DIM slowing down recently. Has anyone else noticed when you first come to DAZ for a browsing/shopping/forum-reading session, the store front page takes a little while to pick up on the style sheet and begin to display the normal page colours and graphics? Just been happening in the last few days to a week, I think. The whole sequence used to go by in a flash, now it takes several seconds, sometimes a bit longer.
