Is DIM Down?

I've been getting "Download Failed" on all my files since about 2 AM EST this morning. Files download fine from the website, so its not an account issue.

The DIM Log shows:
WARNING: Error while downloading to file "IM00020312-01_3GatePassDS.zip", error - 404 : Not Found
WARNING: Network Error while downloading to file "": Operation canceled
WARNING: QNetworkReplyImplPrivate::error: Internal problem, this method must only be called once.
...etc etc etc for all the files.

Anyone else seeing this?

    I was able to download and install a package just now.

    I am still not able to. Still getting the same errors on all of the files associated with my last order.

    I uninstalled an older file through DIM, redownloaded with no problems.

    I can download the orders items manually with no issues.

    Which brought me to another question. Why are there more files for some products than are being shown in DIM?

    Example, A Curious Bank.

    In DIM I have a DS file and a PS file.

    In my Product Library I have a DS file, a PS file, and a Legacy file. The DS and PS files are the exact same size in both DIM and the Product Library, so what I am missing from the Legacy file?

    I was having this 2 days ago, NOTHING would download, even if I tried one package at a time. Could be the hiccupy router t the hotel, but.. meh. Thankfully it was nothing critical...

    Re more files in the product Library than in DIM: I think by default the filter is set not to show legacy files. If you want the extras open the filters dialogue (there's a button in the ready to Download tab, or go to preferences) and check the options you want added.

    Thanks I realized this myself a couple of minutes ago too. Just goes to show you how complicated the UI to DIM actually is. I endlessly forget which options are where. Its almost as un-user friendly as DS' Content Library.

    Oh and I opened a ticket to resolve my order issue. Probably won't hear anything until Wednesday.

    i don't know if this is applicable for everyone having problems with an occasional DIM download, or if i was just lucky / the server free again...

    i also had the download failed msg before, and tried a couple of times to download my items again, to not avail. then, i clicked the "refresh" button on the DIM (recycle symbol top middle), this resetted the download bars on my items, and they downloaded without a problem.

    Thanks. My issue turned out to be a problem with the order. It seems like the order was stuck in limbo for close to 24 hours.

    It somehow resolved, but I am not sure if it just needed time or human intervention to finish.
