what software was genesis / genesis2 modelled in?

prolly not hexagon or carrara?
i thought i was seeing triangles on the forehead,
but was actually clever quads spaced out that made it look tri-ish
thanks.
is anyone working on creating a new Mildog?

As I recall modo was used, though other applications may also have helped (such as ZBrush or Hexagon for morphing).
Modo one of those need-to-win-lotto mega dollars software?
prolly needs the internet to activate the install.
thanks. :) would've been awesome if they'd modeled genesis in Hexagon
feeling pretty sure it didn't start life as a wavefront obj.
after all the work, need to worry the integrity of the model will survive the export conversion processing.
Modo is fairly pricey, $1,495 in general though they have had at least one big - 40% ish - sale each year so far. It uses a downloaded license, no activation (as of version 8, 9 isn't that far away and might change for all I know).
