Place Order Button Suddenly dead in Firefox

When I went to place an order this morning the "Place Order" button produced nothing - the page loading spinner didn't spin. Does any body else have this problem?

    I see no problems with my Firefox... If I were to advise you, don't try to checkout now (so that you won't end up being billed twice or something), restart your computer, download any updates - especially for your antivirus! - and then try again.

    there are 35 versions of firefox with multiple builds in them all. Try quitting and reopening the app, updating the app, and possibly rebooting computer, and if that doesn't work switch to something like Chrome (avoid IE and Safari)
    All browsers are not the same and it's possible a plug in (working or not) has disabled the feature on your particular browser.
