    Your not listed in the platinum club group so yes you'll need to open support ticket. You are in the wrong group.

    i've got the same problem as you and i open a ticket this morning ( i m' french) at the sale departement

    hope if i 've buy thing they give me the difference ..because i don't want to miss the gen5 sales (the only i want ...)
