    Yes, please!

That hair is amazing. It's not quite timeless, (there was a time when "everyone" wore a crewcut,) but I can see it working well for Regency/Georgian/Edwardian times as well as Fantasy and Modern. And it wouldn't look too bad on the ladies, either. Very nice. I can hardly wait.

That looks like great hair. I'd like to get it too. DAZ men don't have many styles to choose from in the store.

Maybe in place of comforming and all the fitting morphs I just do smart prop that can be scaled up down to fit any head and character in any program or on any future release , it will use less memory as each morph is the size of the base hair that is 98K of poly ,personaly I use always smart prop for this kind of set . what da ya think  ????

I'd say do what is easiest for you. If smart prop is what you use yourself, it ought to be good enough for us! You may have to field a few questions about how to use it, though, from people used to only conforming hair.

Smart prop like any prop you place it where you want on any head but it stick to it and follow the head movement , just load it to the scene and use control to move up or down or scale up or down under Parameters tab , it is more versatile  as ot can be adjusted to any character or figure

Does prop hair in DS now follow head shapes too or still have to manually do that?

It's been a long day for my girl, hosting a barbeque for family and friends. Now that the guests have all left, she takes a few minutes to enjoy the sunset and find a measure of peace after the chaos. "Let's do this at Mike's place, next year," she mumbles around the straw. After all, her brother's got a bigger backyard, and a wife to help with the clean up!

    Celebrating Cath's birthday and generosity

Thank you, Cath, for your generosity.

Used "The Backyard" and a free hdri from hdrmaps.com for the set and environment. The hair is Asteria Hair, (longer and fuller volume,) and the sandles are from Casual Romper. I used ParrotDolphin's free leather Iray shaders on the sandles. The drink cup and straw are from Everyday Snacks.

ok, I feel like more like an idiot than usual. Where in the render setting/surfaces/wherever do I turn "off" the scarf? Thus dress is too cool not to use.

Find 4th7_Dress_G3F in the Editor Tab under Surfaces. Expand it, and you'll see the scarf listed along with other elements of the dress. Go to Cutout Opacity and set it to zero. You can remove the band along the bottom of the dress that way, too, if you want a slightly shorter dress.

Prop hair doesn't bother me, but I might be a screwball and use it for rigging/morphing practice. If I come up with anything really cool, I'll be sure to share ;)

No but the hair are deep enough to match any head shape as it is without cap , M6 scalp have the smallest diameter  you can scale wide and high under parameter tab
