    No fun Cath.  Part of the reason I had my workstation made into a standing one, on the the days I need too stand, from my own back issues, it helps.  I have a bar stool with a back on it to sit when I wanna sit.  Might want to look into a standing option.  Big healing hugs hon!  XO heart

    Hi Cath, please take care of yourself. You've done so much for us already and I hate the thought working and being in any pain. These can wait and I'm sure no one would mind at all you putting your feet up for a bit. I know rest is the best thing and don't forget chocolate cake (: Chocolate cake make everything better!
