Yep, in US people get their anatomical elements by mail on their 18th birthday, just like the babies are delivered by storks
Well, the Mormons definitely do. Everyone else is born with them, but we don't get the keys and the instruction manual to it till we're 18.

That's one thing that worries me about using Daz characters -- a lot of the times their ages are obvious but sometimes they look like adults but they're actually "teens", and sometimes they look like teens and are actually adults.
I am 60 and still haven't figured out how to use them
I didn't know that there are normal and premium G2 products, lol. Like boasting in my gallery: "this image was rendered with 100% premium assets!"

These sales are really weird. By having such great deals on older generation products by buying just one new product, it's going to get newbies all into the older products (which I personally like better than G9 anyway) and G9 will never get any traction. Not that I care, I prefer G8 & G3 to G9 anyway, I just think it's weird marketing. But I did spend a lot on many G8s that were on my wishlist and some I never noticed before so they did make a lot more money from me with a huge cart of older $3.99 items than I ever would have spent on G9.
I just realized with all the new G8s I got it'll probably take like two hours to load now. Ugh. Maybe the whole point of G9 is that they load faster if you don't have a lot of them.
An actual countdown on the sale.... hope they use it more!
Trying to find time to download yesterdays catch, not fun doing it at home at 90% slower speed.
Please someone could tell me what implies "NEW ITEMS EVERY 3 HOURS" ? The selection of items wil completely change (old selection will be gone) or new items will be added to to the current selection ? I'm asking that because I'm at work and I have no time to check the current selection and I suspect there are some products that have my interest :( Thanks :)

Well, happy for everyone who can make good deals on bundles today. Nothing in the Blink New Releases I really need. Nothing from my wishlist heavily discounted. Might skip this alltogether. But right, makes no sense to tie changing offers to buy at least one of todays new releases. Generell new releases over X$ maybe, but not just those of today.
Argh, the selection changed anyway but after a little delay :(
I would check in 3h and some items may be back.
Tbh i expect this sale to be very frustrating as it uses conflicting mechanics, buy-in and fast changing offers just don't mix together.
Smells funny, considering it's no holiday or March... Apart from my wallet, I'm not complaining though
3 hours is really a too quick delay :( Now that DAZ Deals doesn't work for free anymore, it takes hours to check all products manually :(
I really don't understand why DAZ doesn't implement a filter "Show only items in wishlist" :(

Torquinox spotted that the AB Anhe HD G9 (the $5.00 featured character) has an editorial license.
Daz-Deals addon used to provide that for free when it was subsided by DAZ but it seems they recently cut that financing and it was put behind $5 a month paywall.
Yeah this sale is way too much effort as it is, baskets are too large, change to often and most of the items in it appear for half the price in other sales. I will only check the 5.99 one for specific artists high on my list but nto gonna bother with the rest. I got bang for buck yesterday so not every sale must be a banger!
Daz Deals was not subsidized. It's authors used to be Daz affiliates and received commissions from sales resulting from notification emails. Daz discontinued their affiliate status.

Thanks for the clarification, I think I must have missed or misread about the relationship when I first read about it. That makes a lot more sense than what I previous had understood - assuming they have cancelled affiliate programs across the board. If it was just for Daz Deals then I still don't understand why as the plugin definitely "helps" me spend more money in the Daz store. I probably should uninstall it so that I don't spend as much :)
Looks like it was changed now so must have been in error. Folks are safe to pick her off the ground if they flipped their carts :P
