Animated textures? (without nudity this time)

I'm sure this has happened to others (I hope) and it seems like a bug (a really cool bug). Just started palying with animation plugins. Not sure if it's related to the plugins though.

If I load G3M onto the scene in the first frame, everything looks fine. When I try to load another G3M in a later frame, his texture looks liek a sci-fi suit. Cool, right? Not what I want though. Then it gets even cooler when you drag the timeline slider around... the texture animates around his figure. Neat.

Why does this happen? Anyone know? Are we forced to load all objects in the first frame?

Clothing is apparently not affected. Haven't tested any other objects yet.
