RuntimeDNA items in Product Library but not DIM

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I had some Runtime DNA items show up in my Product Library about 3 days or so ago but as of yet they are not showing up in DIM.  I also looked using DAZ Connect but nothing.  Is this normal and I just need to wait longer or should I put in a ticket to support?  TIA for any response.

    I tend to not wait for DIM to pick up the files I find in my product library.

    You can manually download those, then place them in your DIM folder on your PC/Mac then open DIM and it will see them as ready to install.

    Thanks for the tip!  Worked like a charm.  I wish that DAZ would add another box to tick to show only items we owned though. I had to go through the RDNA store to figure out what I owned and I think I went a little blind looking for the shopping cart icon that tells me I own something. :)

    At least a "filter by manually added" on the product library page would help find all the stuff comming over from RDNA. None of the items that were purchased over there have a Daz order number so they all say Manually Added.
