Why sometimes Morphs in a clothing set don't do anything?

I bought the M4 Business suit. it's great. And when i look at the morph list it has an extensive morph list like   "Collar Wider" etc...yet i move the dials and nothing hapens. Why? He's a picture!

And i provide a picture with Morph adjustments that so far i've had no luck with. nothing happens when i move the slider.

Collar Wider is a pretty subtle change if you aren't looking carefully:

If I am having trouble figuring out what a morph is doing (if anything) I will take limits off. It is important to make sure it is the morph that is being unlimited, not a controller that drives the morph.
