Promo accessories: how do we find them?

The use of items (other than the specific ones in a package) for promotional purposes is understandable but frustrating. Most recently, after hunting on the shop, I have been unable to identify the unusual hoods or masks used by the female characters in the third promo image of Slapstick for Genesis 2 Male(s) which is (at the time of writing) in the Fast Grab section. I would like to know the origin and availability, please.

It raises again the issue of promo shots which show lots of things that are not in the product, but fail to source them. I do wish traders would say where these third-party or non-product items are to be found. Why don't sellers both tell us what they have used to push their own products and also always (many do so already) provide an un-accessorised image showing just what is being sold?

however I seem to remember that the hood is a freebie item from one of the freebie providers who regularly post on the forums.
