Morph Re-Application Question

Say I have dress A and Dress B. I have created morphs for Dress A and wish to apply those same morphs to Dress B. Is there a way to save the morphs for Dress A and apply them to Dress B?

Not as such, but if you set Dress A as the source and Dress B as the Target in the Transfer Utility (Edit>Figure), enabling only the morph option, you may be able to get something useful.
