AMD Opteron socket g34 processors

Can Daz Studios 4.9, Poser Pro 11, and Carrara 8.5 Pro use all 24 cores of two  AMD  Opteron socket g34 12 core processors ? I have  2 Nvidia geforce 1gb 9500 gt's sli cards in a another pc. I would like to take them out and put them in the new motherboard I have(Dual socket g34 12 core 2.5 ghz) . Total cost for board, and cpu's is $200.
