Clothes Problem

So this is only happening with new daz3d not old daz3d. The clothes is sitting under or below the model. Example in attachmen.

I want to fix this so I can use daz3d 4.9 with all my old stuff.

Has the glove been fit to the figure?  Are you having any problems with Smart Content/Categories?

Yes they are fitted. Iv used daz3d for a very long time now and only had this problem when using a new version of daz3d.

Iv already tried re-install  and other things. But I can't figure it out. If I go back to older version of daz3d and open the scene every thing is on correctly. But if I open the same scene  in new version of daz3d the clothes are like that.

Daz 3D is the Company   Daz Studio (DS) is the program.

Do you have the general release 48 and the pub;lic beta 4.9?  Do they have exactly the same content directory mappings?

Ya its the newest version of daz studio and Its using the same content directory as the older one in my documents. Plus all the files load up in my content tab. The older Version was Daz 4.5 the probelm really started when I updated to daz4.6 a while back. Didn't really think of it much until 4.9 came out with Iray.

I kept using 4.5 because its the only one that seems to work with my old clothes on genesis.  But Iray is kinda giving me a reason to use 4.9 now.

Which figure is it? Which clothing, and is it being used on the figure it was amde for or Autofitted? Have you checked for product updates?

Its Genesis figrue and all the clothes that are not fitting are old V4 and M4 stuff. As for updates I don't know I save all my" MyLibary" files and just past them in side the new folder when I restall daz studio so I don't have to redownload everysingle file again lol. But not sure why it would mater if they are up to date or not they work fine in dazstudio 4.5 just notthing past 4.6 and up.

OK so I also figured out one more thing. The clothes will fit but It messes up only when I save the scene than re-open it than the clothes mess up.

But the clothes work fine as long as the scene is new. Still need to figure out the problem tho because starting a scene from scratch every time kinda sucks.

Do they mess up if you save the converted clothing item as an asset BEFORE you include it in a scene.

Load the clothing, let Autofit do its thing, then save the item as File >Save As > Figure/Prop Asset > V4ClothingitemConverted.  The reload/use THAT saved conversion.
